We certainly know some caravan heroes – Broad Lane Leisure of Daventry Northants. In August 2005 we purchased a new Adria Adiva from them. Salesman Dave Webb proving to be helpful knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, eight weeks after purchase, the van was stolen.

Throughout this time I felt as if I had a permanent headache. However, Dave Brown of Broad lane was unfailingly courteous and sympathetic, keeping me informed of progress. We got our caravan back four and a half months after it had been stolen.

When we saw the van after it was recovered we were horrified by its filthy, damaged state. Dave Brown made me a promise that they would restore the van to its original condition. Well, they did just that – the fitters did a fantastic job and it was impossible to tell anything had happened to the van.

Since then we have bought another Adria from Broad Lane, an Adora Plus 642. Although we have had problems with the van, everyone at Broad Lane has been marvellous – courteous, friendly and helpful at all times. Dave Brown has gone out of his way to help us with both vans. I cannot thank them enough for their great customer service and highly recommend them to anyone buying a new caravan. Mrs Sue Goodhall, Northampton
