The improvements made to our customer care and service department by bringing everything back under one roof at the main sales site have been so well received. Purposely renovated we now provide 10 service bays, with safe and secure storage for up to 125 units.
Improvements have proven a runaway success for both the customer and Broad Lane alike.
Easy to find and easy to park our dedicated facilities allow customers to drop off and collect their unit with complete confidence.
The Service & Aftercare team boasts 15 members of staff permanently on site with a total commitment to the service, repair and maintenance of your caravan or motorhome.
Found in a countryside setting, offering an award winning quality of service; factory trained technicians (holding IEE 17th Edition certification) adopting the very best in industry practices and open five and a half days of the week.
As a gentle reminder, although nothing should be too much trouble, please appreciate that the huge volume of work sometimes becomes overwhelming, so please book your vehicle in as soon as possible when the season really gets underway.
