Established through demand and the desire to satisfy an ever increasing customer base, BL Alcester decided in 2005 to develop a dedicated remote Customer Care and Service Centre. The final choice of site was discovered not ¼ mile north of the sales centre.
Purposely renovated to provide 15 bays, on site safe and secure storage for up to 125 units and accommodating a truly dedicated service reception team, this unit has proved to be a runaway success for both the customer and Broad Lane.
Easy to find and easy to park, removing all congestion from the main sales site allowing customers to drop off and collect their unit with complete confidence.
25 members of staff permanently on site with a total commitment to the service, repair and maintenance of your caravan or motorhome.
Found in a countryside setting, offering an award winning quality of service; factory trained technicians adopting the very best in industry practices and open five and a half days of the week.
As a gentle reminder, although nothing should be too much trouble for this team, please appreciate that the huge volume of work sometimes becomes overwhelming, so please book your vehicle in as soon as possible when the season really gets underway.
