    Gary joined Broad Lane in 2002 working in our Accessory shop.  He has always been noted for his easygoing manner and empathy with our customers.  These qualities made it obvious that his talents were best suited to our customer care reception.  When you need to book your caravan in for any service work (warranty, service booking, insurance, estimates, etc) Gary is your contact on 01926 858880 ext 211.

    There cannot be anyone whom has more hands on knowledge than Mark.  He started with us 20 years ago.  In that time he has always been the same -enthusiastic, caring and reliable.  Mark's knowledge has helped train many caravan fitters ensuring they all take and pass their City and Guilds caravan fitters course.

    Always calm, Mark is the heart of our workshop.  If you want it, Mark will make it happen.
