Having been established as a caravan dealership throughout the last four decades, Rugby supports an ever growing customer base with traditional and what is sometimes described as “old fashioned” service. With a friendly and dedicated team always on hand, this branch will go that extra mile to assist with their in depth knowledge and refreshing “can-do” attitude. Representing new caravans by Abbey and a select number of quality used caravans always on show.

There is a modern, compact and interesting accessory shop on-site too which is due to literally double in size during 2008!

Huge investment continues and the site now boasts a 5 bay service facility newly prepared for the 2008 season. See our News section.

Adrian Gray

- Manager

Adrian has been involved in the caravan industry since leaving school in 1975. He progressed from the Service department to Workshop Manager in 1985 and was promoted to Depot Manager of the Rugby branch in 1991 where he has continued to run the business successfully to the present day. Adrian often uses a caravan for his family holidays.
Geoff Clark

- Sales

Geoff has been caravanning since 1995 when he bought a caravan from Broad Lane’s Alcester branch and has been working for Broad Lane Leisure at Rugby since 2003. He is the Sales Manager at our Rugby site and his personal experience within the caravanning industry enables him to easily identify the ideal caravan layout to suit the customer’s needs.
Alan Herbert

- Service Manager

Alan joined the Broad Lane team in 1990 and was promoted to Workshop Manager when Adrian Gray became the Depot Manager in 1991. Whilst at Broad Lane, he has undertaken and passed his City and Guilds certificate in Caravan Engineering as well as completing all major suppliers courses and a gas competence course.
Sharon Rogers

- Accounts

An employee since 1994, Sharon has extensive knowledge of the caravan leisure industry. She primarily works as a member of the accounts team but often assists in other areas within the Broad Lane business. She has previously attended company events and shows.
Sue Winnham

- Accounts

Sue first worked for the Broad Lane Company from 1988 to 1994 on a full-time basis before pursuing other career aspirations. Sue has now returned to Rugby on a part time basis and is involved in the accounting side of the team.
