The move is on at Alcester.

Consolidation plans are bang on target to once again unite the Sales and After Sales teams together within the confines of the main site for Christmas 2008.
Our customer surveys revealled that whilst you loved the ease of dropping your caravan or motorhome off at the Mill Park Customer Care Centre, you actually felt you missed out on the opportunity to shop and browse around display areas. With this in mind and the realisation that in excess of 65% of our cusomers lived north of the site (i.e. did not pass the front door when going to-and-fro for service) we made the decision to re-unite!
To do it properly meant that we could not return to our old ways ~ we had to look very closely at what lead to move in the first place. It was identified that the whole geography of the site was wrong.
Partner Darren Brown comments "It has to be made easy for a customer to feel happy and confident to drop into the Customer Care Depatment and our exiting new set-up gives the answer".
Darren continues "Essentially the workshops are once again at the back but the Customer Care offices are at the front of the sales site and the shop has been re-jigged to make better use of the fantastic awning display area".
