Servicing and Repairs

The Broad Lane branches at Alcester and Kenilworth both hold AWS status and dedicated Customer Care facilities. 

The AWS Approved Workshop Scheme is owned by the Caravan Club, the NCC (National Caravan Council) and The Camping & Caravan Club and managed by the NCC through it's Policy Board. Technicians are trained through CITO (Caravan Industry Training Organisation).

We offer habitational, electrical and mechanical servicing.  We also undertake bodywork repairs and respraying.

  • Damp repairs, general renovation and installation.
  • General servicing & Pre-Delivery Inspections
  • Valeting preparations - conducted in house  

We employ City and Guild certified technicians who will have been factory and brand (e.g. Alko; Thetford; Truma) trained.We do not employ unqualified third parties.

We have the following workshop facilities:

  • Alcester – 10 bays
  • Kenilworth – 6 bays

We have great working relationships with all of our manufacturers.  Our staff are fully trained in all the latest upgrades and technicalities of a modern touring caravan.

Factory training and the very latest internet based back up allow us to keep right up to date with product developments within the service side of the industry.
