My wife and I visited Broad Lane Leisure (Alcester) on Friday, 21st August. We wish to convey to you how thoroughly pleasant we both found the experience to be. Every member of staff with whom we came into contact was warm and welcoming. We had a drink and a snack in the cafe, and the waitress was extremely friendly, and during the course of our chat, she said that the cafe was a new venture for the company. We wish you every success with that.
 
At the checkout, my wife asked where the name Broad Lane Leisure came from! You very kindly took it on yourself to leave your office and explain a little of the history of the company. Thank you for that. We had met you once before at the NEC and you displayed the same interested and thoughtful disposition. Having just booked our caravan in for it's first service and getting another taste of the very special feeling I always get when I make contact with Broad Lane I feel compelled to do what we have both been promising to do for some time. We cannot praise Broad Lane enough for their outstanding Customer Service. It starts from the minute you step onto their premises or their stand at the caravan show. The Sales Team are first class; they do not rush you and answer all your questions thoroughly and knowledgeably. The standard continues in the service department, the administration team and the shop. Nothing is ever too much trouble. 

We bought a van following the caravan show from Richard Bulmer in October 2009. She was perfect, we loved her and returned each year for service. In May of 2014 disaster struck and a freak accident rendered our lovely van beyond economical repair just 4 weeks before a 2 week holiday we had planned in Yorkshire. Local dealerships near to our home in Southampton were sympathetic but unable to turn around a suitable replacement in the time scale; despite the stirling efforts of our insurers,The Caravan Club, who deserve equal accolade in this sorry tale pulling out all the stops to have our van assessed promptly. However after a trip to see Richard at Broad Lane and a great deal of hard work and phone calls from all the team at Broad Lane we collected a brand new van from them on 7th June and took it on our holiday to Yorkshire on the 13th June. 

Need I say more? Well yes actually! Someone in the testimonials described Broad Lane as being the "John Lewis experience" I would say that whilst this is a good analogy it does not go far enough! John Lewis staff do not remember my name when I arrive, shake my hand and offer me a cup of coffee. A John Lewis salesman would not lend me his own personal set of towing mirrors or a wheel lock. They cannot offer the family business style service that Broad Lane offer and this is why we will continue to do business with this excellent company for as long as we are able to continue caravanning and why the 2 hour drive from Southampton is worth the effort every single time.

Last week I was staying in my touring caravan at Warwick Racecourse when my van developed a fault which lead to water pouring out onto the ground when any tap in the van was turned on. I phoned your company about the problem, and I cannot thank you enough for the superb service I received. A gentleman by the name of Barry came out to the van and fixed the problem. The work he did and his attitude were excellent, they could not be bettered.

In view of this first class service I would return to you for anything wherever possible, and I have told all my caravanning friends about my experience.
