I would just like to say that all your staff do your company proud; polite, cheerful and knowledgeable - what more could a customer ask for? I am happy to say that I have just completed the approved workshop questionnaire to show how pleased I am with your service.Testimonial from Mr Blackham
Just a quick line to express our appreciation to you and all of your team; from Ken and the staff in the Broad Lane show rooms to Baz and his staff in the workshops. The preparation of the Motorhome was excellent . A great service.Testimonial from Nick & Pam Middleton, Motorhome owner
I should like to pay tribute to Mark Dyson at Broad Lane Alcester for the help he gave me a fortnight ago. Without going into the details of my problems, I was faced with apparent holiday-threatening faults necessitating putting my motorhome into a workshop for repair for which my customary dealer, indeed any other I contacted, were quoting mid-May at the earliest. However, on contacting your company it was arranged that Mark would give me five minutes of his time to assess my problems, advise me what if anything I could do to get round them following which it was my intention to book my vehicle in to your workshop. In the event, one issue had resolved itself (probably only temporarily) but Mark recognised the other as one which would be resolved by a re-set which is not clearly explained in the user manual (Dometic Fridge) so at the end of the five minutes I was on my way home, problems solved and holiday now assured.Testimonial from R.
