At Broad Lane many of our customers find us through reviews and recommendations from fellow caravaners.
Word of mouth is a very important way Broad Lane generate custom and with the digital age upon us social media and internet reviews are becoming more and more important for future customers to understand the quality Broad Lane pride ourselves in.
Last year Broad Lane became more active on facebook, having the page been taken over by an employee from the Kenilworth branch. This way we get to be more involved with our customers and understand what interests you have within the caravan world.
With so much interest and involvement on our Broad Lane Facebook page we have had many a reviews posted. This has been fantastic as our teams know the clients personally and we are able to send messages of thanks back, with one of two inside jokes added.

These reviews make the hard work and excellence we stride for worth while, to know that Broad Lane has so many loyal customers is a fantastic feeling and we know we are doing our jobs right.
However we understand that most things now involves the use of computers, whether your paying a check in to the bank or filling up with fuel. At Broad Lane we still love a good old fashion letter or card, we have had many over the years and we keep each and every one.
