We have moved our Service, Warranty and Aftercare Department to inside the accessories shop, to create a new and welcoming area which will help with all your servicing requirements.
There is a connecting door to the workshops which allows for better communication for the team direct to the engineers. The service department in conjunction with the shop makes for a smoother process for ordering spare parts and products.
It is also closer to the sales office, so we can introduce customers to the team who will help them with any requirements after a sale is made. Bringing the service department closer to the heart of the business will allow us to correct any concerns immediately.
Plans are also in place for a rest area, allowing you to wait while your vehicle is being dealt with, in a cosy space with refereshments in constant supply from our new drinks machine.
The old Customer Care Department is now fully incorporated into the Accessory Store, giving greater space for customer despatch..... Pop in to the Kenilworth branch to see the changes for yourself!
