When you buy anything these days something may go wrong; Broad Lane Leisure knows this and will do everything possible to make ‘problems’ go away as quickly as possible. We enjoy first class relationships with all our suppliers and work hard to support you in the event of unforeseen difficulties. That said, it may be something minor, however, getting things sorted out smoothly and efficiently is our mutual desire.
Broad Lane’s Aftersales Department employs over 25 staff with aof industry accreditations including Gas Safe Registered/ACoPs and IEE 17th Edition Wiring Regulations. All staff are manufacturer trained and are up to date with the all the latest service bulletins issued from within the industry.
They have direct, real time links to all franchises we deal with. This makes for quick, efficient and immediate solutions to any issues that you may have with your caravan.
In addition they are on hand 6 days a week (Saturdays until 1pm) to offer advice over the phone if you have an on site query. Alternatively they are able to assess any caravan with view to an insurance quote if you have an accident.
