If repairs are needed on your vehicle outside of your warranty period, don't worry. Get in touch with our After Sales team, we can support you with a no obligation quote detailing any cost associated to your repair work.
I believe I am due a service on my tourer, can you help?
As part of our aftercare service, you can request a service at any of our dealerships. We cannot always guarantee availability but we will always try our best to accommodate your request.

Require parts for your tourer or need to have repairs carried out? Our award-winning team of bodywork experts and electrical technicians carry out practically any work to your new or pre-owned leisure vehicle.

Caravan Servicing
We undertake a full service of the mechanical workings of the vehicle working through all the points on the Approved Workshop Scheme service checklist.
Motorhome Habitation Checks
On campervans and motorhomes, we will undertake a habitation check to ensure everything in the motorhome is working as it should be (e.g. fridge, electrical system, gas check etc). We will work through all the points on the Approved Workshop Scheme Habitation Checklist.
Please keep in mind that this does not include a service on the original chassis vehicle, this must be carried out elsewhere
NCC Fully Approved Workshop
Broadlane is proud to be an approved member of the NCC Workshop Scheme, which is supported by all the major UK manufacturers. In order to be accepted, we must pass an annual inspection by a team of independent assessors and must comply with the Scheme’s rigorous standards. Our staff are required to complete specific qualifications and maintain excellent standards of customer service and facilities.

Insurance Estimates & Workshop Repairs
We can provide quotes for your insurance claims and undertake any repairs in our Approved Workshop on-site. There is no job too big or too small!
Warranty Work
We undertake all warranty work for Swift and Coachman caravans and motorhomes.
New Swift vehicles come with a 3-year manufacturer warranty
New Coachman vehicles come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty (some parts components may have longer warranties e.g. fridge).

Water Ingress Repairs
We will investigate the cause of the leak and rectify this to avoid further damage and the problem spreading to cause dampness and leaks.
Specialist Paint Repairs
We have a body shop facility where we can undertake specialist paint repairs and keep your vehicle looking as good as new! We can also help advise you on the best route to maintain your leisure vehicle.

Accessories Shop
Our accessories shops at both our Alcester and Kenilworth branches are well-stocked with all the essentials you’ll need for your next adventure! We have everything from awnings to towing mirrors, travel kettles to full crockery sets and BBQs to camping chairs – make sure you pop in and have a look around!
Exterior Cleaning Service
Is your vehicle looking a bit grubby, has it been parked up under trees for a while? When you can’t quite reach the roof, or the hose doesn’t stretch that far, why not book it in with us and let us give it a good clean so it’s all sparkling and ready for your next trip!
Exterior cleans start at £75 per vehicle.
